IN COLLABORATION WITH EXCELLENCE

Robert Forester

Phase IV

Within the field of strength and conditioning there are few physiologists who have taken their practitioner skills to competition successfully. I initially met Robert Forester through a Vo2 Max test taken at his clinic in Santa Monica, we shared thoughts on training, periodization and preparation for competition professionally and thoughtfully. Fast forward 5 years and I became a physiologist at Phase IV Performance. Robert is an expert in the field of metabolic conditioning and I’m glad to have learned, collaborated and worked with him.

Rob Williams

Sport Core Performance

My movement was so dysfunctional that I was getting chronically injured and had to take countless hours of training, upon meeting Rob, this changed.  Of all the practitioners that have mentored me, Rob Williams is the most underrated in his affect and effect on me and my coaching knowledge. I met him through a mutual friend and he immediately began assessing my body and movement.  His extensive knowledge of core strength, stability and practical power application is unmatched by any human I have ever met. I previously had a chronic back(hip) injury and Rob taught me how to assess, address and fix this injury.  I utilize his techniques every day to aid my clients and athletes make gains in their biomechanics and dysfunctions.

Momir Petkovic

Wrestling Coach

Momir is one of the people who have made the greatest impacts in my life.  His impact on me is deeper than the other practitioners.  He taught me character, attitude, and mindset of elite athletes. He invited me to Colorado Springs to train for the Olympic Team and join the Olympic Training Center.  Momir, an Olympic Champion, multiple world medalist as an athlete and coach is a rare human that has the grasp of life from all perspectives.  He taught me how life and the mat are interchangeable and not mutually exclusive.  He guided me as an athlete, he taught me as a coach.  Without Coach Momir, I wouldn’t be half the human I am today. I was not the greatest athlete by any regard before I moved to Colorado, and with Coach Momir, I was able to climb the ranks and become an All-American and national placing wrestler.

Charles Poliquin

Strength Sensei

Upon beginning my strength and conditioning career at the Olympic Training Center, I was working with Team V Sports performance, Team USA Wrestling and various alumni of the program. Charles Poliquin had worked with some of the athletes which were quite successful in their own regard. That being said, Charles agreed to teach me what he had learned and researched through his years of coaching. Charles was ahead of his time for strength and conditioning methods; from controversial to legitimately studied.
