I have a long history of injuries; how can you help?

Injuries burden many of us, and luckily, exercise physiology and physiotherapy has come a long way in research and development. There are many programs and protocols which can enable you to take your pain to performance. All of my programs will address your limitations first, to enable you to have a pain free experience when you are training. If you are experiencing pain, that is the indication of a problem. Most problems can be solved. With patience, persistence and guidance I can lead you to a life without pain, so you can be more active than you’ve ever been.

What is the commitment to your programs like?

You have the options of being a month to month or session to session client, or use me strictly as a consultant. That being said, please understand that while relief can come quickly, long term results can take weeks to months of consistent practice.  I’m here to encourage and help you along the way so you can stay focused, and stay the course towards your new life liberated and invigorated.

For athletes, programs are written based on training cycles, and I will be commissioned based upon the duration of that training cycle.  If you chose to hire me on a month to month basis, then the program will be written, and developed for the duration of the program designed.

Can I sign up for just one month?
